Lola Hart presented herself in a very consoling and quite reassuring manner. She presses that time is of the essence and she can turn things around very quickly and will give you all the services she believe will help you get back on track. She will make you feel that you are one of the few she would be willing to help out and she is very busy so she has limited spots. She is very good in connecting with you within the week you pay her services and then she vanishes. You will be asking for services you paid for and would be lucky to get a text back from her... you will be left feeling stuck in a rut. If you confront her about what you may have read about her she will laugh it out and tell you a story about how nuts or crazy her client is from leaving such remark. I believed in her gifts and I believed in the goodness of people... however after a month of waiting for a follow-up... I think it is fair to escalate.
