Revel Enterprises, Inc. Auto Truck Toys Shipped me the wrong truck part, not the part that I ordered, and expected me to pay the $70 return shipping charge. Paris Tennessee

Two months ago I ordered a new part for my 2011 Ford F-150 truck. Upon receiving the the part via FedEx I realized it was a part for a 1998 - 2004 F-150 truck, not the part that I had ordered, and would not fit my application. I immediatly got on the phone with the seller and told them of the problem. They gave me a RMA Number that I took along with the part to the local FedEx shipping depot. The man at FedEx weighed the part and said the shipping would be ±$70 and I needed a return "shipping lable" from the seller to cover the shipping cost. I went back to my phone and called the seller and was told they do not cover return shipping charges.

I filed a dispute against the seller with my credit card company, AMEX, explaining the problem and followed up many times with AMEX.

This problem was clearly Auto Truck Toys fault; however they cut-off all further contact with me. My AMEX credit card company wants to charge me for the part because the sell issued me an RMA Number and to this day the seller refuses to contact me. Amex obviously did not negotiate with Revel Enterprises on my behalf.

The seller unloaded an outdated part upon me for ±$145 and it may cost me an additional ±$70 shipping charge to return it to the seller.
