revenue universe does not give gems for offers Internet

I did an offer of theres to get gems, on game called OurWorld. the deal was to get a subscription to the econimist for 15$ and you will recieve 3250 gems. so I proceeded to do so. I charged 15$ to my credit card.Now i have a subscription to the econimist. i go back to the game. NO GEMS. so i go to there support panel and it says. i have to wait 45minutes. until i recieve my reward. I waited 6 hours and there was nothing. so i went back to the support page and submitted a request for the gems. after i sent them proof and my email address. there was a sentence at the bottonm of the page that said you may have to wait up to a week for a responce. i wasnt very happy but i had to agree. today i go back to the support panel and it says i was denied. Now i have proof of the subscription in my email. and i did not do this offer through another company. so you mean to tell me 'm out the gems and 15$ for this subcription? This is wrong. they should not be able to do this to poeple.
