The Human Rights Campaign is a force of more than 1.5 million members and supporters nationwide. As the largest national l*****n, gay, bisexual and transgender civil rights organization, HRC envisions and America where LGBT people are ensured of their basic equal rights, and can be open, honest, and safe at home, at work, and in the community.

It has come to our attention that a religious leader named Reverend Tom Erik Raspotnik put into print the following statements towards two LGBT individuals who came forward to address this problem:

Gay Bashing lol.. I can say this then 75 percent of lesbians are Fat so lots of dead fish smells lol

Bi equals failure at one direction lol. figures lol

It means failure or you get ugly chics since women I know that are hot would not risk aids or hep from a bi male

Even porn star women wont screw the bi porn stars at higher levels of stardom

The passage of the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd, Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act sends an important message to our nation that we will not tolerate violent crimes that target individuals  because of their sexual orientation, gender identity or other characteristics.  Under this bill, one can be charged with a hate crime if they verbally abuse a LGBT individual.

The Human Rights Campaign is investigating this case and will decide to bring charges against this religious leader for committing hate crimes against a LGBT individuals.
