Reversemobile fraud ripoff Internet

Reversemobile.com does not provide the services offered. Reversemobile and their associate, ClickBank, attepmted to take my money and did not provide the services offered. The service plan that I selected was $39.95. Reversemobile advertised that I would be allowed 6 "search points" however I was only given 3 points total.

I attempted a search and my "search points" were immediately reduced to two. Clickbank confirmed that my access was unsuccessful. I attempted to find out how to gain access through the "help" link that they provided but the links were all either advertisements to recruit new agents or unaccessable.

I requested to cancel my membership immediately using their customer service "billing issues" link however their customer service department denied any responsiblity for resolving billing or connection issues and then they direct you to a non-working link.

I never received a reply as to how I could go about cancelling so I had to resort to freezing my credit card to initiate stop payment.
