We ordered merchandize in July 2011 and paid for the item. Reversica Design, Inc., was none responsive to queries, and after 5 months they contacted us via email and said the item was ready for shipment. They requested we send the shipping fees, but since they had not be responsive we asked for C.O.D. shipment. They have failed to deliver, and have not answered telephone calls or emails. We sent an email advising we are going to proceed with legal action if the item is not received by 31 December 2011.
