Revitalize Age Defying Serum & ReNew Eye Cream Unauthorized billing. Santa Ana California

 I origanilly ordered this product -revitalize anti ageingbskin serum from a ad I saw on Facebook. The add said it was a free trial for paying just shipping and handling of 4.95. They billed me $4.95 plus another $.99. Today I was billed another $89.95 for cream that isn't any better then what you can buy at Walmart for $10. I had cancelled my order earlier and the girl kept telling me there was nothing in her notes indicarlting that I had cancelled. She offered me. 75% discount. I asked for her supervisor and she said a supervisor couldn't do anymore then what she could do. I told her that I wanted a 100% refund or I was going to the Attorney General. She said she is issuing me a refund and it should be back in my account in 3-5 days. I am still planning on filing a complaint with the California States Attorney General. No where on the Facebook ad did it say anything about being charged that much for face cream. Such a dishonest way to do business!!! I hope there is a class action lawsuit filed against them!!!!
