 The add says "free trial." What they don't say is that when you enter your credit card for shipping, you are signing up for an account with them Then the shipping cost of 5.95 becomes 89.95 on your credit card bill. I called and I was told that I didn't read the terms and conditions. I still can't find terms and conditions relative to the trial .After a lengthy dispute, all I got back was 50% of the 89,95. And you have to call them to cancel your account or else they keep sending the product and charging the customer. I am on a fixed income and I just wanted to treat myself to a "free" skin product that I could not otherwise afford. Well, I have been ripped . On my credit card statement, they don't even list their own phone number. The number on my bill was for "Realtor.com." To me, that is consciousness of guilt. I only found the correct number on this site after another ripped off customer did the investigating and found out.
