I thought I was ordering this as a free trial, simply paying shipping/handling charges.  I noticed later I had two 90 charges on my account.  I wasn't happy with it, but decided not to do anything about it because I'm very busy and didn't want to take the time to deal with it - I would simply take the 180 hit and know not to order anything like this again.  Then I was shipped another order, and charged again.  I called the numbers on the bottles to find out what was going on.  They informed me that if I clicked on the consent for paymnet I was agreeing to their terms, including signing up for a membership that includes recurring monthly charges.  Through a great deal of negotiations, I was able to get them to refund 50% (Skin Serum) and 35% (Eye Cream).  I never opened the package and told them I would ship it back for a full refund.  This was not an option they allowed.

If you order this you MUST call within 14 days to cancel or you, too, will be charged 90 per product, and be placed on a recurring charge of 90/month per product.  They said they cancelled my membership.  I plan to call tomorrow to make sure I'm in their system as cancelled because I've read others have had issues with them continuing charges, claiming the customer's account was never cancelled.

On Dec. 27th, I ordered the Skin cream and eye cream, promptly received the product, and just as quickly determined the product didn't work as advertized, at least in my case. The face serum actually caused a rash. I contacted both numbers provided, and asked that my orders be cancelled. As I was within the two week trial period, I expected to be release from further credit card charges. My calls were answered in a timely manner by courteous reps, I explained my situation to them, and I was assured there would be no more charges on my credit card. I did receive an e-mail confirmation of the cancellations while I was on the phone with the rep. As far as returning the un-used portion of the product, I assured the rep that I WOULD NOT be using the rest of the 30 day supply, as it did cause a rash, and she then waived the return shipping requirement of the agreement. I will continue to monitor my credit card statements for further activity. My advise, read ALL the fine print, and follow your agreement terms to the letter.
