Revitol Natural Skin Cream Worlds Greatest "Concoction" Burbank California

Double whammy with Revitol and Dermology products "work best" when used together.  Both products offer free sample, pay only shipping, but turns out "free sample" is not free, only $4.99 plus  (slightly higher) shipping.  Turns out you don't even get the product before they charge you for the full cost of the regular size product and shipping cost.  Turns out that is the "negative option" clause waaaaay down at the bottom of the page.

Now try returning the product - no email address provided, just a phone number.  After a wait to discourage you, you have to speak to staff that are all foreigners (they say the company is in Burbank, but who knows where the call center is) and hard to understand, who then go through your order history painfully slow, to discourage you some more.  Then they tell you have restocking fees.

Product is returned unopened to them, only credit for 1 of 2 orders.  Turns out they sent 2 of same package in error, so claim I only returned 1.  Both were unopened when sent to them, so how was I to know they sent 1 wrongproduct.  My problem they claim.  Don't get irritated by them, otherwise they hang up on you or put you on hold to review file, and leave you holding.

Adding insult to injury, the product doesn't work.

Think twice before ordering from this company.
