Revived Youth Cream and Eye serum HSC Easy Wrinkle reducer and FIC Dermarinse which showed up on my credit card statement I signed up online for a free 30 day trial of facial and eye cream, each costing $4.95 shipping and handling. Received it, and was charged 92.30 and $97.21 in January and February 2017. I called to have my account credited and sent back the product they said they would not take it back. They said the best they could do was to give me a 50% credit, but I insisted I get 100% credit. I never ordered this!! I called my credit card company. This is a huge scam. Stay away! Internet

I signed up for a "free trial" of Revived Youth Cream and Eye Serum.  I was to be charged only $4.95 each for shipping and handling.  Shortly after, I noticed a credit card charge for $92.30 and $97.21 in January, and then again on Feb 14th! Yesterday,  I called the phone number on my credit card statment and spoke with a Revived Youth customer service representative.  She kept going back to stating that I had signed up for an auto-shipment.  She said if I had called to cancel within 14 days, I would not have received this shipment.  She did not acknowledge the fraud on my account for charging me almost $200 for a "free trial"!

I informed customer service that I was not aware that I was signing up for this auto-shipment program, and told her it is not found on the ordering screen.  In fact, I tried to factitiously "order" another free trial, when I got up to the part where credit card information is recorded, there is absolutely nothing that states or implies auto-shipment.

After speaking, no pleading, with the customer service rep to credit my account, she finally said she would credit me 35%.  I told her I wanted to send the product back and expected 100% credit.  She spoke with her supervisor and came back with a 50% credit.  I asked if that was all she could do, as I was going to dispute the charges.  She said that was all she was able to do.

Today, I tried one more time to get a full credit.  This time, my service rep was cranky (must be getting a lot of these calls).  She brought up my account and said "You agreed to a 50% credit.  I said I did NOT agree, had told the customer service rep yesterday that the conversation was being recorded, and that I would be calling my credit card company about this scam.  She ended the conversation abruptly.

My credit card company was very kind and helpful.  I spoke with two people, and they both said that they have been getting a lot of these calls.  I would recommend staying away from Revived Youth.
