REVIVED YOUTH CREAM AND SERUM PROMISED REFUND, HAVE NOT RECEIVED AFTER 4 WEEKS Internet

I am having a consumer issue with Revived Youth Cream and Serum.   They have promised me a refund of close to $200.00 over 4 weeks ago which I have yet to receive.    I have called every week now since the original promise (on 3/9/17)  to check on the status of the refund.

Each time I call I get a different rep, they all say the refund has been issued and that they will escalate the request when I tell them it has not yet been received. And each time I call they give me a new set of 2 new confirmation #s for the supposed "issued" refunds. 

I have been told at least twice that a manager would call me back and never heard from anyone.  Today when I said I would hold for a manager, I was told none were available, they were busy and unable to come to the phone.

The product has since been returned even though they stated I didn't have to return it, they would issue the refund anyway.
