Revived Youth Renewal Cream is a scam to get your money. I saw an advertisement for this product online and clicked on it. The advertisement indicates this skin cream is an anti-aging cream that will make you look "visibly younger." The advertisement claims that this skin cream will "eliminate wrinkles entirely" and will lighten the dark circles around your eyes, firm your skin, nourishe the skin, enhance the complexion, and more. I fell for this scam because the company offers you a "Free Trial Offer" if you will simply pay the cost of shipping this sample to you. They want your Debit Card or Credit Card number to charge you for shipping, and my account was charged $4.87 for this on January 17, 2017. Within a week, I realized that something was wrong about this product - the description of their charge from my bank account was recorded as "Skin Care, Checkcard, Recurring." So I began to check into this company online. They apparently sign you up for a regular monthly "subscription" to this skin cream, if you don't contact them and cancel your order within 14 days. Their regular monthly subscription costs over $90.00! They just automatically charge you $90 every month for this skin cream, because they have your debit or credit card number, and if you don't cancel within 14 days, this is what will happen. So I found a website for them with some contact information. You are supposed to be able to call or email them to tell them that you want to cancel this subscription. Well I did both. In fact, I sent them two emails, very clearly stating that I want to cancel this subscription, and including all my contact information, along with the last four numbers on my debit card. I also called them two days in a row and told their Customer Service people that I want to cancel. Both days that I called, the young people who answered at their call center told me that they were unable to cancel and that I would receive a return call from a supervisor about this. Of course no one has called me. My next step today is to cancel my debit card and get a new one, so that they can't charge me any more money. However, I am sure they will probably report me to a credit agency for stopping payments. All of this trouble and stress has occurred because they were supposedly only going to send me a free trial sample of their product. I never agreed to a monthly recurring subscription to this product. This is a scam to suck the money right out of your bank account, without your permission. I have even tried to cancel this subscription within the 14-day trial period. It doesn't matter, they tell me that for some reason they are unable to cancel. I asked to speak to a supervisor the second time I called, and they said no, they had to have the supervisor call me. Well, that will never happen. I am a stupid, gullible 58-year-old woman who just wanted to try a skin cream. Don't fall for this one, ladies!
