i seen the ad on television for revol wireless. ad states $30.00 of a new phone. first month of service free. well the phones are over priced by about $50.00 each. and the only way to get your first month free is to buy a new phone from them. what a bunch of liars. there should be a law against advertising lies like this.
then on top of all those charges and lies. they charge you another $35.00 to activate the overpriced phone. plain and simple. they are liars and cheats. another company out to get the poor working man. in times like these. you would think the companies would have a little passion. but not them. just like all the other ripoffs. just out for the money. and lies make me sick

Revol is a great option for people on a monthly budget

I have been using Revol for several years now and I have never had any problems with them. Anyone who is familiar with Revol knows that their phones are a bit pricey, and they do not offer the same type of deals other companies do. Revol does not do a credit check and you're not signing a contract, which is basically the reason companies like Sprint or AT&T would typically offer a cell phone for free or very little cost.
As far as the activation fee, ALL cell phone companies charge an activation fee. The reason they offer the free month of service is to attract new customers. They typically give you the first 15 days free with a new line of service anyway. Plus, you get unlimited minutes and texting, and you really can't beat their monthly rates.
In times like these, I think having a plan with a company like Revol is the best thing to have because it's a flat monthly rate, no overages, no cancellation fees, etc...
