I found an Unauthorized amount of $33.87 on my credit card statement. I called immediately after opening my statement and was told I had 21 days to cancel to receive a credit. I informed them that I had not authorized the charge in the first place. They did cancelled all further charges BUT still would not give a credit for the original charge. I informed them that I was ripped off and would be reporting this incident to my Credit Card Company.
When I called my Credit Card Company, they were aware of the charge and apparently I was not their first customer to report this problem. My Credit Card issued me a Temporary Credit and will now pursue the Fraud Charge themselves through their Dispute Department.
