I completed a online consumer survey and Reward Zone USA LLC stated that if I complete the Tire 2 Offers( 2 Silvers, 2 Golds, and 6 Platinums) Reward Zone USA will send me a reward incentive Apple IPad Air. I used my credit card to purchase the Offers and completed the Offer Form on June 4 2015, and I have a screen shot of the completed Tier 2 Offers Form that displays the dates and types of the Offers that were completed. But Reward Zone USA LLC refuses to send my reward incentive Apple IPad Air. Reward Zone USA LLC do not respond to any of my emails. The last email I received from Reward Zone USA LLC was on June 25, 2015
