Rewardster Aka Rewardster Redemption Center does not send out promised gifts! ripoff Los Angeles California

On December 25, 2005, Rewardster emailed me five(5) certificates that I was supposed to print and mail them via the United States Postal Service. The mailing address stated in the emails of the certificates was different from the address given on their website at http://rewardster.com/ContactUs.aspx. I emailed them to ask them what mailing address I was supposed to send the certificates to and they replied with the mailing address stated on the above web address.

I did so on December 27, 2004. Their website states that I should receive my gifts within 2-4 weeks time. February 07, 2005 marks the 6th week of me still not having my gifts.

According to my account at Rewardster.com, they owe me five(5) "New! 20GB iPod Black" which is the new Black U2 iPod from apple and has 20GB of space and can hold about 5,000 songs. A couple weeks later, 2 of the iPods they owed me mysteriously disappeared from the list so I thought they may have sent those out, but still, I have nothing from them.

I've emailed them several times after the 4 week mark with the first email being on January 24, 2005 and so far, I have received no response from them at all except a message which seems to be an autoresponse. They owe me 5 Black 20GB iPods which I rightfully deserve and so far it seems they have not even made an attempt to contact me on the status of what is going on. Please note that Rewardster's website states that you should have your products within 2-4 weeks after mailing in your certifiactes.

I would like them to send me the 5 Black U2 20GB iPods that I rightfully deserve. If they are unable to send me the iPods then I would like the total retail amount of all 5 iPods put together which is $1,745 USD (each iPod being $349 retail). Unless Rewardster sends me my gifts and changes their ways, I suggest no one attempts business with them.
