I ordered several items of reproduction WWII militaria from the website reww2.com in July 2011. Upon arrival the quality of the items was not that advertised and two of the items were half-sized which was not mentioned in the advertisement.
The website states that items may be returned within 7 days for a refund and that the administrators can be contacted for return details. I have now sent 4 emails, on 7, 9, 10 and 11 August, and have not received any response.
Just want to advise any collectors of WWII memorabilia/reproductions etc that the quality of these items is severely lacking, customer service non-existant and their refund policy a complete sham.
Avoid reWW2 at all costs!!!

Reww2 problems as well

I too am dealing with problems with reww2. My friend and i trying to get our uniforms together for our german impressions. we ordered two uniform sets on april 14th and we used paypal because i felt it was more reliable. my friend has sent 4 emails and i have sent 3 emails since the time of purchase at least 4 of them included the order number. Absolutly no response so far. paypal said the payment was completed to a Jun Rui Xie and our order on the website has said "processing" since the time of ordering.
i just hope we get our stuff so we dont have to deal with this extreme lack of professionalism. I will NEVER order from here again and i wish i found this report before we ordered. as stated before, AVOID reww2 at all costs. youre better off paying more and not dealing with this stress and frustration.
