I HAVE BEEN TRANSLATING FOR REX MEDCO FOR WORKMANS COMP PATIENTS AND HAVE NOT BEEN PAID IN FULL SINCE MARCH. THEY OWE ME $ 945 AND I HAVE SENT MY INVOICES AGAIN AND AGAIN. I WAS TOLD THAT SONJA WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCOUNTING IS THERE ONLY ONCE A WEEK, AND SUSAN WHI APPARENTLY IS THE ONE RESPONSIBLE FOR INVOICES, NEVER ANSWERED ANY OF MY APPROX. 20 E-MAILS WITH LISTS OF ALL THE UNPAID INVOICES.
NOW I AM FILING A SMALL CLAIMS SUIT - ANYONE OUT THERE WHO WANTS TO JOIN ME IN A CLASS ACTION SUIT? THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS - THEY ARE ONLY OUT TO CHEAT INDEPENDENT WORKERS BECAUSE THEY KNOW THAT MOST PEOPLE WILL NOT MAKE A BIG FUSS ABOUT A FEW HUNDRED DOLLARS AND LET IT GO.

I would be interested joining you in filing a class action suit,I am in the process now of taking them to small claims court myself,I have heard the owners name is william wild bill but for whatever reason you can never reach or contact him, something really needs to be done about rx medco.
