We purchased a home from Reynen and Bardis in December of 2002. Immediately we started to notice some cracking in our walls. We contacted Reynen and Bardis and were told that this was normal settling and we should wait 90 days and they would correct the issue. Well it has been all down hill from there.
We did wait the 90 days and per their request we submitted their "90 Day Report". We included the structural issues as well as the normal minor issues that arise with a new home. We turned this report in on March 19th 2003. We had to send certified letters and make many phone calls to get the first list of minor issue corrected, Reynen and Bardis finally corrected our first list of minor issues on August 7th 2003. It took Reynen and Bardis 141 days to correct things like a window sill not painted. After 441 days and the attention of several news organizations, including TV, they worked on our home.

Our is now shifting and cracking again and Reynen and Bardis will no longer fix homes in Rancho Murieta.

How many homes has R&B built that do not have problems? A lot. I have been in my R&B home for 4 years, and am I still in love with it.
You continue to find various places to post your complaints, I have no idea how many places you have signed up for, or why you don't have better things to do at midnight, but you need to realize you're not helping ANYONE at all.
What has all of your posting and complaining done? Nothing, you've set out on a personal quest to try and ruin a great company. R&B did NOT do the soil analysis, they built a house and foundation based on what was reported to them. Why haven't you complained to the firm that did the original soil analysis incorrectly?
I am amazed at how much time you allow this to take up; did R&B not offer to buy your house back several years ago? I've read posts on your sites about meeting up at new home releases to inform people about R&B. There is NOTHING wrong with R&B, you are one of [in the big picture] a few in ONE subdivision in ONE area that has a problem with the SOIL your home was on.
If R&B made the soil, then built a house that fell apart, that's a different story - but they did not.
What is your goal here? You'll never be satisfied, you'll just find something else to complain about. I'm sure your neighbors love how your constant bickering is causing ill effects on home value.
