I have been most upset and frustrated at this company and the intentional and blatant fraud they are doing to people daily on the internet.

I saw the program with Oprah and Dr Oz about acai and colon cleans. Recently, I saw the ads by this company saying they had positive reports from several news orgainzation (CNN, CBS, as well as Oprah...etc ) They were offering a free trial of this product, which seemed reasonable. However, the product turned out not to be free and their really was not a trial period.

Funds were illegally withdrawn from my account using my debit card that had been used to pay for the shipping of the free sample. I was not aware of the evental price of this product, nor that it would be automatically taken from my account, or that it would impossible to contact the company to stop.

When I finally did reach someone I was told I could not talk to a supervisor, I could not be refunded this charge, and even when I told a representative I could not take the product for real medical reasons (Coumadin interaction, it DID NOT matter!)

I finally had to have paperwork done at my bank to try and issue a stop payment on this charge (for a fee of course). I had to surrender my debit card so no more charges could be put on it. I also had to change my email password because this company also used my password to send advertisements to my family and friends in my address book. They have been able to use other information on my computer as well. I have no idea what else they may have been able to access that I am unaware of at this time.

I am still waiting on a call from the HOME Office of the company, complaint forms, etc. etc. etc. To get back a partial refund. I am not holding my bereath. From what I've read from other consumers this will never happen.

This company is a real scam. I wish I had looked up acai nutra burst SCAM before I placed the order. There are pages and pages of complaints against this company.

This company should be punished and not allowed to continue to get people's money in such a tricky and dishonest way.

company still mailing product and charging account

I notified this company July 29,th 2009 that I did not want this product. I was told I was past the date to cancel. NO refunds but they would close my account. If my bank hadn't insisted I close my bank account and cut up my card and have a new one reissued I would still be in a mess. This company MAILED ME ANOTHER bottle and tried to charge my account again. When I called and said I was returning the bottle. They said I had cancelled past the appropriate date and I owed for this bottle. AWWWWW. RIP OFF!!!! You think the matter is settled only to find another charge on your account. I would be overdrawn and really really really angry right now if my bank hadnot stepped in to help me.
