RFG Oil EZ Tune / RFG Oil ,formerly EZ Lube misleads customers, charges for work they never did , Manhattan Beach, California

I took my car to RFG Oil, only because I used to go to EZ Lube, but they apparently closed up shop. RFG Oil operates under a different name in different cities. They call themselves EZ Tune, so it's easy to get confused -- but they are NOT the same company.

The greeter is a liar, he disappeared right after he signed me in. I had an oil change for which they charged me for 7 quarts of oil, despite the fact that my car only takes 5 quarts. On top of that, I've been leaking oil ever since I went there -- which is unlikely to have been caused by anything else, since it never happened before I went there.

The operator refused to acknowledge their mistake, they over charged me and they do poor work.

There is no reason to go to these people. They're thieves and incompetents.
