On 30 March 2009 the Circuit Court of Kanawha County WV enjoined the Credit Collections Defense Network (CCDN) from settling consumer debts until CCDN and Robert K. Lock, Jr. cooperate with the Attorney General's investigation. Of course they won't cooperate. See, Bob Lock and crew are above all the laws, and they do whatever they totally feel like. For now.

Pretty soon, some other AGs will take notice of this, and maybe of the at least six other lawsuits pending, with many more to come. Remember Hess Kennedy? That's what finally brought them down. Good guys are winning, finally.

If you can't, then I can tell you there are at least three nationwide class actions pending against the CCDN crew that should cover you. One is in federal court in Chicago and the other two are in my county here in NC. The main problem is of course finding these people's money. They know they have no defense. Hopefully one or more of these cases will succeed and you can get a little something back.

I filed a report on 2/21/2009. This evening I will file my report for CCDN. And yes, the FTC is next, amongst others. I assure you everything will be filed shortly.

If you choose to do business with R&G Marketing & or any of the other web sites that utilize CCDN "as their alleged" network of attorney's, you may be setting yourself up for a really bad experience. Really, really bad. If you like stress, then you'll love this program. If you have money to give away, enjoy judgments and court paperwork, prefer meds for everyday living, wage garnishments sound appealing?, don't really need that tax return, plan on being in debt & maintaining a lousy credit rating for years to come....then this is the ideal program for you. Just call Richard Russ or Greg Britt. They'll be more than happy to sign you up & remind you that they only initiate the contract and although they have had 100% success, there are no guarantees. After that you'll have the pleasure of speaking with Tracey Webster and Phil Manger, unless of course there's any problems.

So give them a call, give them your money, but buy a shovel first.

PS...if by some miracle they should produce anything positive worth noting, I will most certainly let you know. If your intention is to sign up with this organization, you may want to wait for that day before doing so.
