RG Millennium, Inc Stole my money! Houston, Texas

RG Millennium collection agency will collect your money and not pay you!

In July of "09" I was contacted by Paul Miller of RGM regarding any outstanding debt I couldnt collect from customers. I have never had to use a collection company so I went ahead and provided them the information they request. Within a few weeks Paul Miller and Kevin Jordan called on a conference call and said they contacted the debtor and they wanted to settle for a less amount than was owed and sent me a release form for that amount which I never signed or returned. In August of "09" they collected the funds from my customer, which I have proof of, but never sent any funds to our company. In November I spoke with Kevin Jordan and he confirmed receipt of the funds and said I would receive a check within two weeks. That was a lie. I spoke with Michelle Lewis, Managing Director, she said she would look onto the matter. That was a lie. I spoke with Jackie in accounts payable, 702-290-4480,  in Las Vegas where they have their main office located, she said she would look into this to rectify. That was a lie. I spoke with Shelly in accounts payable, she said the same. That was a lie. I have made no less than 50-60 phone calls for Bob Justice who is the accounts manager and I always left messages for a return call to no avail. I have spoken to Bob Justice one time in which he said the funds would be sent to me right away. That was a lie. Here it is a year later and I am still trying to get this resolved.

From what I can tell this company is a scam. I have filed complaints with; Gregg Abbott, Attorney General in Houston Texas, The Attorney General office in Las Vegas Nevada, The Federal Trade Commission, BBB, and The State of Nevada Financial Institutions Division dept of Business & Industry.

RG Millennium is not licensed in the state of Nevada where their headquaters is located for good reason. And if you think their address is real, 1117 Desert Lane, think again. They have no pysical presence at this location.

If you are thinking of placing a collections account with RG Millennium Inc. you would be better off placing an add in the paper to be robbed. At least you would have a description of the one who robbed you.
