Beware of this company it is a total SCAM & Ripoff!

RGV CDL Services LLC aka RGV CDL Services ripped my family off. I called and spoke with a guy at 956-800-2442 that sold me on using their service to rent their truck to do a TXDPS Texas Department of Public Safety road test at the Weslaco TXDPS driver license office. I met the guy at a gas statiobn and paid the guy a $150 deposit to reserve the truck for my road test date. They did not show up on my road test date as they agreed to do. To date they will not return my phone call. There is no physical address for this company. The only address they list is a PO Box 1715 in Pharr, TX 78577.

When doing research I found out this company is not licensed nor insured with the State of Texas and not listed nor licensed with the Federal Authorities.

When checking with the TXDMV Motor Carrier database there is no company listed by the name of RGV CDL Serives. It is illigal to operate in Texas with being listed & insurance on file the TXDMV Texas Department of Motor Vehicles. This comapny is operating illegally in Texas.

When checking with the FMCSA Ferderal Motor Carrier Safety Administration there was no record of this company or insurance on file to legally operate in th United States.

I met another guy that was at the Weslaco TXDPS office that was ripped off by RGV CDL Services like me.

This company is s SCAM, Fruad & Ripoff.
