Jessica Benavidez is a con artist. She will take your money. I filed a police report. She is a criminal. I am currently working with Mc Allen police dept, Mc Allen animal control, and just recently spoke with Humane Society of U.S. She is buying sick dogs at flea markets for nearly nothing and charging you thousands. Do not send, wire or transfer any money to her!!! Do not believe a word from her. She in the last 2 days has erased my of the charges against her. Day before yesterday there were at least 17 complaints. Some dated as far back as 2006 and as recent as last week.
