I was approahed by RHA Energy Fitness Program representative along with a P G & E employee regarding an upgrade on my LED lights in my Business. I agreed to get it installed and I was promised to get it done in 60 days from the date I signed an agreement with them. after 5 months they started to get the work done, but their work performance was not satisfactory and I told them to stop the project as it was not as specified to me at the time of agreement. Phil Murillo the project manger for RHA agreed that he will not charge me for the lights he already installed and will stop any further work. After 5 months again the initial representative name Khoa Tran come to my business and tell me that he is closing his file for the project and fraudulently took my signature from me. I got a bill from P G & E for $5,072.00 to be paid in 12 months installments.

This company is a Ripoff and are scaming Innocent Americans of their hard earned Dollars.

I am filling a Lawsuit against them and making other AWARE THAT DON'T GET TRAPPED WITH THIS COMPANY.
