Unfortunately, it appears I am not the only one scammed by Rhapsody for their music service.  When I switched to Macs (which they don't support) I cancelled my subscription.  Since my spouse looks at the bank statements, I didn't realize that when I called their representative (likely in Mumbai), the service would not be cancelled.


So for over a year I have been paying the $15 per month.  When I asked for a refund, I was told that the official refund policy of Rhapsody is "no refund."

NEVER, EVER use Real network, Rhapsody, or any subsidiaries for entertainment.  You will lose your money.
