Most of the presentation is based on forged shareholder's certificates, and concocted financial statements.  They have not chosen their "mark" yet, but a few bridging loan and mezzanine finance companies have already been approached.  How on earth these companies can lend money without checking Molyneux's criminal record is beyond me.  He has a criminal record fro theft, fraud, stolen cheque books, etc... I suppose some overseas banks just do not check our criminal records dept. here.

Lewis Chesler is the financial mind behind the scam, and has put up some cash from some of his unsuspecting investors, he's an accountant and is using clients money.

John Binedell is the salesman, he takes deposits on non-existent housing developments from "first time purchasers" who are trying to buy their first house.

Rhett Molyneux is the Mastermind and fronts the scams. He visits the banks and investors and puts on the "I'm a multi-millionaire property magnet" (he actually lives in someone else's house, drives cars that are financed to the hilt, has had more than 5 cars repossessed in the last year, has reported one of his last cars "stolen" and claimed on the insurance.  He has NOTHING.

To my personal knowledge (and I should know) he has conned more than US$ 5,000,000.00 out of investors in the last 5 years.  All the land he says he owns, is owned on the same basis as is other assets, financed 120%.

The three of them form a sophisticated scam, con and forgery outfit; be careful, if you are in any way approached by any of these names;

Immediately copy ALL documentation supplied, report the matter to SAPS and ask for a copy of his criminal record, it is available on the internet anyway.
