Rhino Distributing LLC Bank fraud by double billing against FDIC rules and contract. Breach of contract stealing by credit card fraud Kirkland Washington

On 8/29/13 said compamies representitive made a contract for the purchase of a Sentria II vacume at $106.13 a month with zero down and APR of 24.98%.

On or about 8/30/13 two exact amounts were withdrawn from my account per the bank records of chase and personal banker Ana obreke NMLS ID: 1090185 phone 253 770 6360 ana.m.obreke@chase.com. This is fraud as stated to me by Ana. She called them emidiatly and gave them till the end of the work day to correct it or she will report the fraud. We closed access to the account and initiated a new account due to this and thier access.

On 8/30/13 I contacted the corperate office of Kirby stating the same. Rhino refused to answer thier phone so I e mailed the CEO of Kirby summerizing the situation and what acions are being taken, and that until I get a full reembursal and a days wage due to this I will keep the thing as collateral till such time. 

On 9/3/13 Kirby corperate called stating I didn't follow proceedure in canceling my order. I again reinterated the facts and my resolve to pursue legal actions. And todate no reembursal has been done or compensation.
