Rhonda Robinson Weave genius Defensive =guilt Jacksonville Florida

 May 2015, I registered for a hair extension class with Rhonda Robinson , I was told that payments could me made over time being that the actual date of the class was March of 2016, Rhonda changed the date of the classes with that it created a problem for me attending the new dates I then notified Rhonda and her salon stating I will not be able to attend the new class dates, I was told that no refunds are to be given unless classes are cancelled due to their mistake and I could attend another class that was scheduled in June!! No problem!! May 28 2016 I received an email from this business shear essence stating the class is cancelled refunds will be given three weeks three days later still no refund I've tried contacting Rhonda who ignored me at first with my consistent reaching out to her she replied to me with defensive and nasty emails and text messages insulting me on social media,she has done nothing but stress me out due to this I've gotten sick I've done nothing but try to resolve this matter in a decent fashion Rhonda concludes in an email that she will not refund all of my money because I transferred to another class in prior contact and emails when I was told I will be able to attend another class it was never told to me that there is a transfer fee which she is now claiming I'm just upset that no services were rendered and classes were cancelled due to her and she feels entitled to my money please do not trust this woman I've read many bad reviews she has a bad attitude I just want my money back so I can get on with my life
