I am making a complaint about rian hicks that resides in your province Montreal, Quebec. I am from St. John's, NL and had come across Facebook. He had a perfect pup there that I felt would be a great addition to my family so I negotiated with rian in a 2 payment plan but he said he would still send the animal in 2 days. This is the cutie that I purchased with a 275 up front and a 275 on delivery. I was suppose to receive her on Saturday feb 1st but he said he was admitted into the hospital. The next date was he would send my dog to deerlake and have his brother who lives here in St. John's, drop her off to me between Sunday and Monday the 2 and 3rd of feb. But still not pup. He finally said Tuesday was the day and time was4:10pm nl time. I took my family down to the air canada cargo terminal to pick her up and she was not there. The airport attendant told me next time to get a waybill number. After that I was calling texting and messaging this person and got no response. Finally 6:30 - 7pmthat evening he returned my messages because I posted on his wall where is my pup. I got very upset that I did this and said he lost 2 buyers because of my actions. After he finished ranting about that he said his neighbour died on his step another lie but I gave him the another chance and he said he will be going to the airport first thing in the morning to drop my pup to the airport. He gave me a waybill number and then I agreed. In the morning I received a really desperate text from him saying he needed the shipping money to send the pup to me. The cost was 190 but I only had 150 in my account that was for my insurance so I took a lend from my friend and sent the e-transfer to rian and he was headed to the airport at that time. I was so excited she was coming today at 4:10. This time I had a waybill number and a time. Then I logged into the waybill information and it was dated for Friday feb7. I thought that was weird. He said the information was for the 5th. Then I went further and called air canada cargo. I have them the waybill number and they said it was not for me nor from rian hicks. It was a different shipper. I was concerned and asked for more information but the attendant couldn't tell me anything due to privacy. Anyhow at that time I was texting calling Facebook messaging him for 3 or for hours before the suggested arrival of the shipment. I was livid at the end of my rope. How unprofessional and ludicrous this person is. He finally got back to me at 5:30ish and all that came out of his texts was calling me inappropriate names and I that I was ungrateful. It seemed like he was on some kind of drugs or something. He hung up in my face even. In conclusion I think this person should be arrested. If he treats people like that i would how he treats the pups. I mean yes I spent 425 dollars for the dog but that is nothing compared to abusing the animals. Please help me get this person off the streets and doing fraudulent activities. This is urgent. It would be nice to receive my baby girl chihuahua to make sure she is well taken care of but I will take a refund. Please let me know how this turns out. I am very worried and upset to think what he does with the pups.
