Attorney Ric Mercardo from Parker Stanbury LLP is such a clown, a real one :d that after being outright that his client shouldn’t do this or that by refusing client request and even refuse to help protect client identity while other attorneys have no problem of doing (so it is his problem solely but it looks like he is so ethic).

Then after the client requested if he is not willing to do as requested, then maybe another attorney  can take over the case. Instead of accepting this win-win solution for both parties, he insisted to continue representing me and guess what he started doing then: definitely not what is ethical or outright as the noble himself had projected to be.

Let’s watch the clown Attorney Ric Mercardo play: he is supposed to send a draft letter for client approval with the content agreed and he decided he would like to continue working with the client so the letter should be loaded up within a couple of days. However a week past after his agreement, nothing happened. When the client called the office, he even tried to put things in writing by sending a postcard and saying the reason he didn’t do anything is because he requested some document from the client but didn’t receive it. Of course there is no document really needed or he ever requested. He later however made up a request. Then later he also said he was sick and out of the office (lol so which one exactly: sick or need more info. Liars just can’t make the ends of the story meet).

Then he loaded a letter finally after intentionally delay it for a week. It turns out the recapture of the story doesn’t really match what the client put in letter (so he has a very good reference). What a retarded attorney with tons of typos in the letter too, make him even more pig dumb.

After the client requested him to correct the letter, he disappeared for another week and even claim he didn’t receive any response at all (big liar, the file is right there that everyone can see). Parker Stanbury even tried to brain wash the client to believe it is two systems so the client and attorney see two different things. Of couse they are too idotic to make smart client believe so.

And then someone clown Ric Mercardo saw the letter now, and he didn’t forget to send another postcard saying requested document didn’t receive, - making him look even more stupid. And so shamed by his gimmicks, he wouldn’t dare to call client back within the specified time frame, violating rules of the company.
