INVX GLOBAL PARTNERS LLC, is a company register to ALDO MARCHENA, who works with anothe con-artist in Lima peru by the name of MOISES URMAN BULLON.  The third con artist is RICARDO SOLIS REATEGUI, peruvian attorney with a inactive licence(revoked) since 2012 for misconduct, eventhou he has a revoked licence, he defends cases for MOISES URMAN BULLON, he actually delivers legal documents in defence of his clent " the succeful business man". Now, ALDO MARCHENA the con-artist number 1 , is the "banker"that works in USA.Banker and "investment broker" of the third con artist a "succeful business man" called MOISES URMAN BULLON, he is very proper, he belongs to the Sinagogue, to the Hebraica Club in Lima Peru, and have friends in the peruvian goverment, in two well known cases, he has presents millions of dollars in finance documents, in order to ripp off the peruvian goverment, He was not succeful in booth , one in building the Hospital in the district of Comas, for 140 million, and the other building an armament factory, outside Lima, Urman Bullon was hanging out with the Ambasador of Ucrania in Lima Peru, to convince the goverment officials  about the armament factory. This  con artist, does not have any money, but he will be put behind bars, and that is good enough for many of us. Actually I was RIPPOFF by MOISES URMAN BULLON and his unscrupolous attorney. I would like to see them also behind bars.
