Ricart Megamall Ripping people off by making up fake information columbus Ohio

I wanted to tell people of Ohio how crooked Ricart mega mall is. In 1999 we bought Mazda 626 from Ricart and they charged us for anti corrision $800. We came to find out that Mazda already comes with anti corrision from the factory. They just charged us $800 for nothing. 15 later we decided to give Ricart another chance and came in to trade in a 2013 Mitsubishi outlander with 24k miles on it almost new. KBB lists our car at $16-$19000. RIcart offered us $12000 for a trade in. They claimed that our vehicle had been in an accident.... Keep in mind I am the first owner of the Outlander and bought it brand new in 2013 and it never had been in an accident.... When we asked them to show us the carfax to prove them that there is no accidents listed for our vehicle they refused to show us the car fax report. They tried to frame us for trying to trade in to them a crashed vehicle.... There was also a $1500 rebate for the memorial weekend sale on mitsubishi which was advertised on tv for RIcart and when we asked them they said there is no Rebate..... Ricart is the most crooked Auto dealer in Columbus. Do not buy any vehicles from Ricart if you do not want to get ripped off.....
