I won over $7000 on Rich Casino after I was seduced and used and taken advantage of by the cashiers to bet more and more money. I finally won after I played for many months. I was told I was a vip and was even given seats in tournaments. When I finally won, they said I was not entitled to the money and that I was only allowed to take $500.

It took 3 weeks to resatisfy all the requirements of verification because they asked for the same things again and again and again and then they finally said I would get my $500. They said it would be 1 week and then 14 days and now it is 3 weeks and I do not have one dime of the $500 and they kept and took my $7000, also. 

Their other site, 7 Spins Casino, also cheated me. I was given a seat at a tournament for $75 and then I won there and used the money to win the tournament. I kept track of my bets, because that was how you win. They said I did not win anything of the 15 winning spots. 

I confonted them and they admitted that my info was not put into the tournament, as I was told. They said that I actually did win, but only about 11th place, so I only won $200 and they put it in my account and then they took it right back as soon as I logged into my account. 

They will not let you win and they will seduce you to pay and keep telling you that you are going to get a prize and you never get anything.

I will never see that $500 much less that $7000 I actually won. I would love it if someone would help me get this money. They owe it to me, but they make up rules as they go and they are just thieves. Please if you know a way, please help me.

Hello Angela,

In regards to the tournament entry on 7Spins Casino, only one of your deposits had a ticket for the entry. In order for every deposit above $75 needs to have a separate ticket. Our agents tried to contact you in regards to our better offers and tournament tickets but you were not responsive on chat.

 

Considering that only the wagers done from one deposit counted towards the tournament you did not reach the top winners list. You were credited the correct amount for 15th place which was $77 in cash which you have played.

I confronted them yesterday about where my money is....now they came back and conviently for them they say they already deposited it but guess what? The account number is off by one number! And now they have not responded to the email telling them that!
