Needless to say, I attended the intial free seminar given by Mr. David Shamy.
Of course he stressed the 3-Day Training focusing on "Foreclosures".
I signed up for the three day deal at a cost of $495.00 on my Visa Card. (A charge that I will dispute as fraudulent.) After carting home the shopping bag full of CD's and manuals, that would provide me with the motivation to succeed. I even tried to listen to a few of the CDs, but it became apparent that they were nothing more of Robert Kiyosaki's repetition of his book, and an attempt to convince you that you are well on your way to success. All in all, this package contained nothing more then redundant jibberish.

Of course with the package came the three day seminar that would make it all happen. It became apparent from the first day of the seminar, with all the "rah-rah" audience participation, that this would be a new take on "suckering" people to pay for additional training at a cost of upwards of $6,000.00 to nearly $50,000.00. The guise being that "Dovetailing" is the circle of wealth. What a joke!

The instructor, a Mr Scott Zuckman (or should I say Suckerman) was brilliant in his ruse to convince people to part with their money under the guise of mentoring, and success in their endeavors associated with Wealth Intelligence Academy, and the greatest wealth creation tools of all time in real estate.

I've read other (rip-off) reports on the subject, and not to my surprise, they pretty much state the same thing! Enough is enough! Time to put an end to Rich Dad Education, and the Wealth Intelligence Academy!
