I purchased the mentorship program for $33,000 on credit cards. I had problems immediately after starting the online classes. I begin contacting the organization customer service in reference to my issues about the program. I found the education I did take to be disorganized, poor quality viedo material, inaqudate software, overpriced for the quality received. I sent back software that was not readable. I purchased membership software site that they recommended I needed in which I was not able to use for 2 months. On day 1, I was told, I needed it asap. I was not able to use it until after 3 months and only after taking necessary classes. I made it known that within a few weeks of purchasing the program, I was not satisfied and request to be unenrolled and refunded for portions that I had not taken and or be downgraded to the basic course. I was convinced to give it a try a little longer and I agreeded. Bad Idea-it did not get better.
The program is not fulfilling the promises made due to the difficulty understanding the software, online material i.e. webinar presentations, ability to attend live classes; the telephone support was not useful and did not solve my issues or concerns. Not every one at the customer sercvice is on the same page, I got alot of different answers to the same questions. I was unable to get pass the CORE portion of the program, never taking one useful course before getting so discourage, I began having so much anxieties, I had to quit taking the online classes for fear of getting more of the same.
I was not able to attend live classes, I signed up for due to scheduling problems. I have continued to be verbal about not able to fully utilize the program with no fault of my own, due to the poor quality material, lack of reasonable communication efforts to solve my problems; causing me to miss weeks of training.
At the seminar I was promised, if I did everything my mentor suggested, I would be satisfied and successful. Well a few weeks into it, I was not satisfied with the program; nor with the mentor program. I was promised to be assigned to a mentor which I believed would be with me throughout the program - 2 year but I infact have had serveral mentors call me and they all gave me different advice about what my next step should be. The never question my goals based on my education, interests, experienced and funds. They never ask me the important question what my expierence and interest are.
I completed and did everything I was supposed to do according to the programs guarantee. I have not taken or enrolled in anymore online classes in the 2 year program although they have my money. I requested a refund for classes and services not yet utilized due to my not being satisfied with the overall program and was told to read the back of the contract. They will not refund my money because I had only 3 days to recind due to the law governing buyers remorse. Other than that they are not guaranteeing you anything.
If you think our program material is of poor quality, oh well, too bad for you. It was alluded to that I must be having buying remorse. When a person pays $33,000 for a course and is not satisfied with the presentation, quality of the program you should have recourse. THIS PROGRAM IS ALL ABOUT GETTING YOUR MONEY - UPFRONT-THEY ENCOURAGE POOR FOLKS TO PUT IT ON CREDIT CARDS AND TEACH YOU HOW TO ASK FOR AN INCREASE ON DAY 1 TO BUY THE PROGRAM.
THEY DO NOT GUARANTEE THE PROGRAM AS THEY PROMISED IN THE 2 DAY CLASS-ONLY FOR 3 DAYS. THEY ARE JUST GOOD MARKETING FOLKS WHO ARE OVERPRICED AND SELLING USING ROBERT KIOSHAKI'S NAME. ITS MY OPINION THE PROGRAM IS NOT WORTH IT DUE TO POOR DELIVERENCE, POOR QUALITY MATERIALS, DISORGANIZATION,ETC. THEY ARE GREAT AT BUILDING YOU UP.
Sincerely,
Iolanda R. Lowe
