I rented a house from Rich Koury. It wasn't until after signing the lease and moving into the house that I found out it was unsafe. There were no smoke detectors and so I had to go and buy my own. There is an area in thekitchen with asbestos that is exposed and so I had to cover it up with duct tape. The most serious risk was that the place had a gas leak. It was a good thing that people were in the house and smelled the gas because if they hadn't then it would have continued to go undetected and I could have continued to feel sick with symptoms similar to cold and flu symptoms or the house could have exploded. I don't know how a person like this is able to rent houses and apartments. He should be exposed and reported to the authorities.
