Rich Nappi from Rich Nappi Inc. bought a piece of equipment from us for filling cracks and sealcoating cracks in asphalt.
Rich Nappi received the crack sealcoating machine from us and the item was slightly damaged during shipping.
We offered Rich Nappi a replacement machine but we would need to pick up the machine that was delivered so that we could inspect it and either repair it or send him a complete replacement.
Rich Nappi wouldn't allow us to pick up the machine until he got the replacement unit.
Our policy however is very clear. We will repair or replace any unit that has any damage or is malfunctioning. We also state in our policy that once a unit is used, it cannot be returned.
Rich Nappi used the machine and admits to us in a call recording that we have of him.
He then went on to swear at our staff, which is on call recordings.
Mr. Nappi from Rich Nappi Inc also said that he would do everything he could to destroy our reputation.
He did a charge back on his credit card which we are presently fighting and will win as he still has the unit that he is using for crack repair.
Seller Beware. Big Time!

I've been researching sealing equipment and found my way to Asphalt Kingdom. I've been doing searches and reading reviews on their company and came across your site. I see someone had a negative review and Asphalt Kingdom decided to include that persons name, address and phone number in their rebuttal. Not a company I would like to do business with if I ever had a problem. I also looked at the terms on your website and it specifically says that type of information is forbidden. Definitely soured my opinion of Asphalt Kingdom!
