i didnt received any notice, letters, call or even a simple text on my phone or through skype that he wanted to let me go, if he does that then i will not render any work from him and stop working with his deleted website

he even have the guts to counter file my complaints.. i already forwarded his information to the admins and promised they already promised me to help me get through this.

and already submited a report to the freelanceunion.org

i have a long record of successful jobs and good relationship with ALL OF MY CLIENTS but with this guy? Richard Alberty is a mess, as what i have said on my ORIGINAL. RIP OFF REPORT POST .. working with this man, Richard Alberty wont be. a good move to any freelancers out there.. if he can show me proofs and anything stating that he let me go then i will delete my RIP OFF REPORT To this MAN. and a little background 360$ isnt that big but to us freelancers YES THEY ARE! we work hard to earn! now this guy Richard Alberty instead of saying sorry or giving me a an apology i dont receive anything!!! this would be the last time on replying to this sick b*****d's RIP OFFS such a cry baby!

IF YOU DONT WANT YOU MOTHER AND WIFE NOT TO BE CONTACTED THEN REMOVE THEIR C ONTACT INFORMATION ONLINE! even a kindergraduate VA. can do a search on those information! SCAMMER CLIENT

PS: this man has the guts to post a negative review about me on the Onlinejobs.ph i was alerted of an admin friend and thankfully took actions with it..

i have 6 years plus of working as a Virtual Staff, and this is my 2nd time to encounter a such  "deadbeat client", the first time was settled and this guy seems not caring at all.

i will defend my rights against this man!

BEWEAR STAY AWAY FROM JAN BUENCAMINO. HE IS NOT HONEST MAN.

We asked him to work for us exclusively and when asked if he was working for another company he repeatedly said no. But we later found out he was working for many other companies as a freelancer and part-time while he was working for us and that’s why he was not available when we would call him. But he would insist on getting paid even after we let him go.

I sorry it has to be this way but when someone attacks our company integrity we will defend it. Our next step is to contact the proper authorities, if his harassment does not stop.
