Mr. Richard Anderson posts on Real Estate Investor message boards offering many opportunities and services for Real Estate Investors.  I think he also posts as Calvin Anderson and RA Investments.

I contacted him and he said he could help me refinance an investment property.

He said I was a "slam dunk" to get approved.

He put me in contact with 4 different parties that all made big promises, wasted a lot of my time, but delivered nothing.

I don't blame Mr. Anderson for this as he was probably misled by these dimwits.

However, Mr. Anderson insisted I send him $600 for an appraisal which was never conducted.  For 6 months, Mr. Anderson has told me that he would refund the $600.

Everytime I call him (he refuses to answer my emails), he tells me he will send me my money "next week".  Much like the "free beer tomorrow" signs you see.

I will provide an update once I receive my money back.
