Richard Del Cervo owner tarrytown, New York

Richard Del Cervo is a liar. I defended him in an original report filed against him. His Manager in Training named Wesley Siminato of Conn. USA, tricked me into a false road trip in order to get me in a hotel room alone to rape and assault me. Richard not only helped to set it up, the racist b*****d was aware that he was not supposed to put a unmarried couple in a room together. He did it without my consent and told the hotel that we were a romantic couple not two professionals on a business trip. He refused to tell me the day of the trip wherer and the name of my hotel, only that I would have a kitchen in it. I asked him three times until he was clearly irritated by my questions. At first I felt like it was my fault I didn't do enough to investigate things. Richard left things so vague that it was unclear about the hotel accomendations. He focused his information on my " promotion" which I found out entailed that I sleep with fat sloppy Wesley, who looks like a pink piglet in a tight suit.

Why would a man put his company out there in danger, just to help another sorry male get a woman, who most of the office knew I was interested in another man there. Wesley was jealous of this other male in the office who was better at the door to door sales than he was. Wes was boosted up because he literally sucked up Richard's butt in order to get the position. They waited until late the even we arrived in Meriden, Conn. (By the way all I knew was the state.) We worked in Bridgeport. I did well I was so excited that I would be in a better position financially that I over looked everything else figuring I would just relax that night in MY OWN ROOM. Wesley felt that we should share the room for the night because it was too late to get another room. We got in at 10:30. The front desk closed at 11. Wes put on a show pretending to be upset, then claimed he was not paying out of pocket for the ten dollar upgrade. This upgrade consisted of two beds in the room. I had to find out going upstairs it was only one bed. He tried to make me believe that the guy I liked recently a month before slepted in the same room with a lady and nothing happened. That is not why I came inside. I was trying to stress to him the importance of seperate rooms and getting a hold of Richard who conviently shut off his phone or refuse to answer my texts, or calls for two days. I had $40.00 until my direct deposit kicked in on wed. so i was stuck. There wasn't enough to pay for a cab and then a train ticket back to New York. Wes and Richard knew they put me in a bad place. My son tried to get me money to help but I had to help him on wed. I stuck it out being told I would get my own room. By lateTues/and again on Wed afternoon Wes told me that Richard claimed that if I needed to talk to him or what ever, relay the message through Wesley to him. I cried in the bathroom after calling my son again. My son was getting angrier, he is 23. same age as Wes, and year younger than Richard. I am 38. If this had happen to Rich's mother or to even fatty's both men would have wanted to commit murder. Why should they get away with this. I reported this the next day to Rodney who was such a sweet man. ( Yes there are some out there)He witness Wes acting mean towards me because I wouldn't sleep with him when he pinned me down on my stomach telling me that he would give me a massage I didn't ask for. Wes said " Because you would comply with what I want. I'm telling Richard not give you leadership." Nic the manager for Conn. Officeb was told by Rodney. He pressed me to report it to Richard, who promptly accused me of lying, and tried to double talk me. Then he admitted or rather claimed he through he booked us into a room with two beds. I was fired a week and six days later on a bogus lack of work and falling asleep on the job.  I was so tired plus I live in Staten Island, that I would snooze for  moment not deliberately on the on the way to our assignment. From white plains to Queens someone else was all ways driving. I did the job like eveyone else once we got out of the car. He said at one point that because I keep falling asleep and questioning him, I was making it harder to get leadership I should have had already over a month before. The incident happen on Sept 2, 2009 I had been the since a week to two weeks before my kid's birthday in July 2009. Litigation is underway. Richard and Wes have been served and I don't want you to think I a b***h. But I don't want to see another female work there and go throught that ever. I told the girl who took a picture of me for Richard ( Because I was sleeping in route to a job) that dispite the fact she helped this along I still didn't want to see her hurt.
