SHAME ON YOU Richard Farrell Hair ! We told you & confirmed in writing we had to book & pay for interstate travel & accommodation, & approve holiday leave for staff !

Thanks for changing our appointment time with out notice to the following week ! Thanks for taking our $2,400 & telling us "nothing can be done now" ! We are pursuing you for compensation, & will not stop letting everyone know !

Be very careful; Richard Farrell Hair encouraged us to make our 2nd Interstate booking, then after we confirmed we had commited to it, then he changed it to the following week without notice, but after he took our $2,400 !

We want to hurt you, the way you have hurt us ! We are seeking compensation through EVERY avenue Richard !!!
