Richard Goddeau has a computer business and offers to build corporate credit for a fee. He claims to be blind. I believe he really is blind, but you can never be 100% sure of anything with this person.
I was sympathetic with Richard Goddeau, and he sounded like he could perform. In the end he was a very destructive con man.
He put so much effort into his elaborate deceptions that it would have been easier for him to deliver on his promises. This tells me he enjoys being destructive. He is not just after your money; he wants to cause your harm.
He caused me trouble that can never be repaired. Hopefully, my posting here will save someone else from the trouble I have had since I met this wolf in sheep's clothing.

"wolf in a sheeps cloths' is the perfect way to explain Richard. just like any lying con man he puts such articulate efforts into explaining every minute detail of the industry, but several months later we have still recieved NOTHING and he doesn't take our calls anymore...so he took off with our money and with all the time we lost waiting for the corps one of my clients went out of business because their cash flow got messed up because of the recession, that's why he was trying to get lines of credit. I hear that Richard lives in a crappy little apartment in Athens new york somewhere on Second Street.
