so Richard had this product (link below) on his site for which i paid $6500 to get this credit card with $100,000.00 limit with no personal guarantee. so i called him to some more details. i admit i did not do my homework on this scam artist, i should've checked here first. so i did have the money so i borrowed the money from my brother and i told him that i would pay it back as soon as i got the card. he gave me the money without telling his wife and i wired the money to Richards' bank in new york. so as per the agreement i signed and the brochure i was suppose to get the card within 24 days of wiring the money, but he started telling me there have been some delays. i should caught on right then. he started making all kinds of excuses and he it would take him 4 days to return phone calls or emails. after 2 weeks of BS from him, i told him taht i want a full refund like it says on the agreement. he stopped replying ot my emails and phone calls. after 1 week he had some lady Michelle email me about the refund and i gave her all my bank info to wire the money but she replied saying the routing number was wrong, so i sent her the info again and hever heard form this Michelle lady. oh the only way he would reply to me after i asked for the refund is when i started saying that i will have my LAWYER call him to handle the refund. it has been now 4 months and no refund.

my brothers wife found out about him lending me money and now my brothter won't talk to me.

so i called some of his supposed companies that he works with and most of have never heard of him and the others have confirmed that he is a con artist and copied the content form there sites and has no relations with him.

this guy has many cases against him in New York with the attorney general.


i have my lawyer working on this guy.

Richard is blind, what an irony. Ricahrd its called karma and i feel sorry for being yourself. i woudl hate to be you, you truly blind form the inside.

the office Richard has in nevada is a virtual office (fake office) and he really has no office. he scams people out his run down hut in new york somewhere.

anyone that does business with this guy should know that they will get scammed.

there is on one, i mean on one that can back up this guy. if you can i need to see proof otherwise shut up.
