 Hi my name is William Kim a chase bank Vice President. We have been Richard Guido's bank for a most 10 years and we also worked with Richard and his companies when we took over Washington Mutual Bank. Between letters of credits and loans of all type, Richard and his apparel companies always credit score with highest ratings. And in a personal note I now him personally, and he is a great person of business ethics and it's sad that this fraud is allowed to be published. We are helping Richard with legally getting this fraud removed from Google.

 My name is John, I have been and still am a building owner in downtown Los Angeles. This gentleman Rik Guido has been a tenant in a couple of our buildings for almost 16 years. My office notified me of this crazy slander on google and I needed to respond. As I look at this report it jumps out at me according to this report was filed by Rik Guido, Richard Guido,? Against Rik Guido , Richard Guido , why would anyone file a fake slander report like this about themselves? This gentleman and his companies have rented from me for 16 years and is a great tenant and a good man and parent. I hope he gets this fraud and slander off of google, God bless to all.

This is truly sad that this person is allowed to conduct this internet terrorism on this gentleman who I have worked for for the past 11 years. We know who it is and obviously have contanted our legal department and google to get this fraud erased. 

I have been asked by one of the partners for Richard Guido and his companies to write this rebuttal once we became aware of this fraudulent discription. My former firm has represented Mr. Guido and his family and his companies in lawsuits here in california. They have always paid their bills on time and up to date, and he and his family were good people to represent. 

I have been a business partner with with Rik Guido/Rick Guido/Richard Guido/"Guido" and his family for 30 years in all aspects of the apparel , internet , and retail stores fashion business, from Beverly Hills to Aspen to Soho NY to London England. I know him personally from his successful days at help building such companies as Sasson jeans and Guess jeans. Besides being a successful businessman and a successful loved father of 5 beautiful children he has always upheld his business with pride and honesty and tough integrity. His biggest success is his charity work that he does with Childrens Hospital San Diego where one of his children who is special needs lives at Childrens . But with success as we all know and being "to good and try to help people" comes jealous people, ex wives, and haters and normal business lawsuits, with lawsuits comes fighting back and which he has defended himself and his company and his family and has appealed and has won. He has a client list and relationships with CEO's and business associates in apparel and retail stores from the biggest companies in the world to the smallest sewing shop in Los Angeles, But with success comes unhappy people and haters, he is unaware I am writing this but when I saw this I had to write a rebuttal. With the internet today and the fake reporting please don't believe everything you read .
