 Richard Howe of Howe Accounting and Management Services was hired by our agency to prepare our employee's payroll, unemployment compensation forms, and income tax returns.

We paid this agency to prepare our corporate tax returns.  We paid the amount requested, but, when it came time to deliver, Mr. Howe all sort of excuses as to why he could not complete.  We have paid the requested amount in May 2013, to this date, Mr. Howe has never completed our returns.  We had no choice but to hire another payroll company. 

This payroll company had stated that his agency has made so many errors that it will cost our agency to get back on the right track.

Our attorney had recommended a CPA, he came of our office, he also stated that there were numerous errors.  I notified the IRS of Mr. Howe incompetency and ask if there was a form that I can fill-out to complain about our tax preparer.  I went to the website and downloaded the form, filled it out and submitted to the IRS.

Mr. Howe is an fast talking inept, incompetent individual.  His license expired in 1981, and never had it renewed.  We have contacted the Better Business Bureau to request their assistance with obtaining our documents that he refused to return.

Due to his refusal to return our employees oringinal paystubs, and his refusal to return the new payroll company phone calls, we had to pay our employees with cashier's check.

Stay away from this shyter, liar, inept, incompetent loser.  He brags that he has been in the biz for over 40 years, his office is covered with files, the files are covered with dust.

Again, stay away from this indiviudal, if you should come across this indivudal, RUN!!!!!
