Richard J. Boudreau & Associates tried to scam money out of me by appearing to be a law firm when in fact, they are just another scum-bag collection agency who happens to have a lawyer somewhere in the office. Salem, New Hampshire

it seems that massachusettes is the capital for low life scum-bag collection agencies and the highly questionable tactics they use! I filed a complaint with the new hampshire attorney general's office last month. This guy Richard J. Boudreau is supposedly a lawyer in mass. who has some clown named Adam Zlotnick sitting in an office in Salem New Hampshire which apparently makes it o.k. for him to opperate a "law office" in a state in which he is NOT licensed to practice law! The A.G.'s office tells me that they only have a VOLUNTARY mediation program to deal with people like Boudreau which means that if the offending company choses not to respond or mediate, then the complaint is dismissed by the A.G.'s office. What a freakin' joke!! Mr. Zlotnick, if you happen to read this, then you KNOW who I am already, don't you! What an "honorable" and meaningful career you have made for yourself as an attorney, "CHASING CREDIT CARD BILLS"!!! "Lawyers" like you are about 2 steps BELOW "ambulance chasers", you are most definitely at the BOTTOM of the food chain. Your office has the most UNBELIEVEABLY lengthy complaint "rap-sheet" I have ever seen! And always at the end of each complaint is the following statement: "discontinued business practice". Did you ever notice how the words "lawyer" and "liar" come out sounding pretty much the same? Coinsidence, I guess. I would suggest to anyone who gets a call from these "dirt-bags" to file a complaint with the Attorney General in New Hampshire. They won't actually DO ANYTHING about it, but it will force them to take the time and trouble of responding to the complaint, which they are REQUIRED to do. Maybe we can "drown them in paperwork" like the rats that they are.
