Richard Kroll Total Image Salon HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Allentown, Pennsylvania

Had MAJOR trouble with a keratin treatment drastically changing my color to an ugly big bird yellow. Called and left message asking them to call me regarding chemicals in the solution, so my hairdresser could fix it without reaction. They never called me back. I called again and they put Kristine Kroll on (manager and relative of the owner), who was snotty and ignorant of the product. She stated that Keratin alone straightens the hair. This is false and cannot be done. She thinks ALDEHYDE is not a chemical. This is why my eyes burnt so bad during the process. They also failed to mention false advertising. They advertise one method on their website and use another. DO NOT GO HERE>Kristine go back to beauty school or learn the product better, one or the other. Customer is always right. Maybe you should go that avenue. She said simply a phone call to them is not enough. She had to see the color. I was disgusted with her attitude and snottiness to me. I disputed the payment through visa and also the BBB which she responded to with a made-up story. Maybe if SHE WOULD HAVE BEEN THERE when this happened she could have gotten a good look. Maybe if Richard wasnt having a little go-around with his wife when I arrived......wife was in the chair and he was styling her hair and being so ruuude to her that I actually asked my hairstylist about who it was that he was treating that way and she said and I quote....."she comes in here every Friday and the same thing happens every week." WOW. 'nough said. I will not quit fighting for my money back from this unprofessional organization! I will shout from the mountain tops how ridiculous your actions are. My next step is the On Your Side news channel.

PS--I went that next Friday and my stylist applied low lights to my hair. $50.00 Then I returned the following Friday and had my whole head done again with color, highlights, lowlights, cut $186.00. Consequently her haircolor rep was in the salon at that moment and I had the NV shampoo and conditioner bottles in my hand and she told me all about the chemicals in them. So read up a little more Kristine.....its loaded with chemicals!
